As a Marketing Coordinator, you'll be responsible for project management tasks, including coordinating and communicating across departments, managing tasks in our project management software (Monday), requesting creative assets, and collaborating cross-functionally with internal stakeholders. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of marketing initiatives, primarily related to product marketing, public relations, events, and brand marketing. This position reports to our Brand Marketing Director and is a fully remote position, with 5-10% of time traveling to oversee marketing events as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Brand Marketing Director to support the development and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies for product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Brand Marketing Director to develop brand positioning and messaging.
  • Maintain a brand asset repository and update quarterly to ensure all company materials reflect the brand's current positioning, creative, and stats.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop brand assets, including visuals and copy, and assist in developing brand messaging to ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products in the market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product launch plans and go-to-market strategies.
  • Identify and assist in developing product content such as case studies, product videos, and sales/CX enablement assets.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors on promotions, brand partnerships, community events, product launches, and more.
  • Work cross-functionally with various departments to gather information and execute marketing plans.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of public relations strategies and tactics.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and industry best practices.
  • Maintain and communicate cross-functionally content calendar for marketing communications, PR, and product launches to raise awareness for ShiftMed.
  • Coordinate and manage marketing events at sales events, recruitment events, and community engagement events, and attend as necessary.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing or related field
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with project management platforms such as Monday or Asana
