We are seeking a Director of Growth to build and operationalize our acquisition marketing strategy, design a growth marketing tech stack, and build a lean, but high performing team. This role will report to our VP of Marketing. You will be responsible for developing, testing, and implementing data-driven growth marketing strategies as well as mature existing approaches to scale the business. What’s more, you will be tasked with leading and reporting on growth-based OKRs to Pair Eyewear’s leadership team. Your partners will be our growth, lifecycle, and brand marketing teams, as well as finance and analytics.

At Pair, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. The pay range for this position is expected to be between $155,000 - $185,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
